Danny Betesh

Danny is a seasoned retail veteran with over three decades of experience in the industry. Throughout his illustrious career, he has owned and operated more than 25 stores, demonstrating a deep understanding of the retail landscape and a commitment to excellence. Transitioning from running individual stores to focusing on retail real estate, Danny has found a new avenue to leverage his extensive knowledge and expertise.

Currently, Danny excels in the realm of retail real estate, specializing in adding significant value to shopping centers along the East Coast. His strategic vision and keen market insight have enabled him to enhance the appeal and profitability of numerous retail properties, benefiting both tenants and investors alike. Danny's reputation for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities has made him a sought-after figure in the retail real estate sector, where his contributions continue to shape the industry's future.

Hymie Mishan

As a seasoned operator of commercial and retail property for the last 20 years, Hymie brings with him an extensive network of legal, brokerage, banking, and advisory contacts which contribute to the firm's success.  His continued roles in acquisitions, financing, asset management, leasing, and property management enable the firm to pursue and execute on a host of different real estate opportunities regardless of risk profile and existing conditions. Hymie has had a multi-disciplinary career with positions as a founding principal at Vista Property, which has purchased and developed over $450mm in commercial real estate since 2016;  as founder of Excel Property Consulting, which brokered over $800M in commercial mortgage loans; at Excel Management, which currently manages over 85 properties in five states; and previously as an investment and trading analyst for Citadel Investment Group.  

Joseph Betesh

Joseph is a disciplined real estate investor specializing in grocery-anchored and necessity-based shopping centers. He began his career as a retailer, operating five furniture stores across NJ and PA, which gave him firsthand insight into tenant operations, customer behavior, and the practical realities of running retail businesses.

Today, Joseph leads Premier Centers with a uniquely hands-on approach: he personally walks every asset, meets every tenant, and evaluates each leasing and operational detail before pursuing an acquisition. His focus is on buying undervalued centers at strong going-in yields and driving NOI through proactive leasing, disciplined management, and targeted operational improvements.

Blending speed, fieldwork, and a strategic eye for durable cash flow, Joseph is steadily building a multi-state portfolio and establishing himself as a highly effective operator in the community-retail investment space.
